Raffles Hotels & Resorts - Media Dinner - New York City
GOAL
To recreate the signature Raffles Hotels & Resorts experience by bringing together the distinct dishes and cocktails from each of the brand’s prestigious locations. The event was designed to give guests a multisensory journey through Raffles’ world-class culinary offerings, offering an immersive experience that celebrates the brand’s diverse properties globally while showcasing the individuality and cultural heritage of each location.

The Challenge
Raffles Hotels & Resorts is known for its luxury, elegance, and exceptional hospitality. With such a prestigious brand, the challenge was to seamlessly blend the individual character of each hotel’s culinary offerings into one cohesive experience while maintaining the high standards of quality that Raffles is synonymous with. The event had to effectively represent the distinct flavors, cultural nuances, and sophisticated ambiance of Raffles’ global properties, from Singapore to Dubai, Paris, and beyond.
EXECUTION
Over the top luxurious cocktail party and hotel experience including recreation and build of Raffles Hotels Long Bar & dining room experience for 30+ guests. Guests were transported to a luxurious location where a long table fit for a royal celebration. The event featured properties their all around the world including the landmark Raffles Singapore, Boston, Paris, London, Istanbul and Bali. Chic and sophisticated Raffles Hotels & Resorts consistently represent the next generation of luxury hoteliers. For 128 years Raffles has gone out of their way to give people the richest experiences and fondest of memories. This night was no exception. Starting off with a cocktail hour in the bar area and then a 5 course dinner and specially curated ballet dance performance to conclude the evening.
RESULT
Cocktail Party and Dinner with 30 + VIP attendee’s in the Travel and Luxury industries. A dining experience in a historical venue, accompanied by an artistic modern dance performance by The Love Show. Menu provided by Union Square Events, featuring Raffles curated cocktails and entrees. Guests included top travel influencers and tastemakers from Travel & Leisure, Vogue Magazine, The New York Times, Robb Report, National Geographic, Architectural Digest and Skift.
